In our first annual working parent survey, we assessed attitudes towards employee benefits and in particular childcare support.
The key findings were that over three-quarters 76% of employees felt that their organisation could do more to help with childcare costs.
In addition, 81% of working parents stated that they would be interested in a new employee benefit to assist with childcare costs, that delivered a wider number of uses but that could still be connected to existing Government schemes. A further 63% would consider using a cash advance scheme to help pay for childcare. Further details of the survey can be read on the Employee Benefits website.
